prh-ZG5 Random generator

PRH-ZG5 works as an independent unit for controlling personnel staff.

A battery powered supply, a piezo buzzer and two bright LEDs (green and red) are already integrated . Furthermore, as you can see on the picture above, there is a silver coloured high-quality push button to order the calculated random decision ‚red‘ or ‚green‘, which means „control“ or „pass“.

Housing
Dimensions: 126mm x 74mm, height: circa 30mm.

Power Supply
Two batteries type AA , stand by time typical 500 days, but prhZG5 can also be switched off by a slider.

Signal Input
High grade push button with superior tactile feel to order the calculated random decision „red“ or „green“, which means „control“ or „pass“.

Displays
Two LEDs (D=5mm): green = pass, red = control, beeper = control (also adjustable: short beep if push button is pressed )

Timer
‚pass‘ = green = uncontrolled pass, the duration of that state can be set to 0.2s up to 10s by a potentiometer.
‚test‘ = red = controlled pass, die duration can be set from 0,4s up to 10s by a potentiometer.

Control Rate 0,5% … 50%
Generally the setting is only done one time with screwing a third potentiometer, they are easy to reach under a small cover
